Tammy Abraham (born 2 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays for Chelsea as a forward.
Joined Chelsea as an under 8.
Won back to back UEFA Youth League and the FA Youth Cup in 2015 and 2016.
Trained with the senior team in the 2015–16 season.
Made his Chelsea debut in a 1–1 Premier League draw with Liverpool in May 2016.
Bristol City (loan)
Signed for Championship side Bristol City on a season-long loan in August 2016.
Made his debut coming off the bench for fellow debutant Josh Brownhill to score City’s first goal in a 2-1.
Linked with a move to Fenerbahçe in April 2017.
Finished as Bristol City’s top goalscorer with 26 goals, the most for a teenager in the championship.
Won the 2016-17 Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year Awards.
Swansea City (loan)
Agreed to join Swansea on a season long loan in June 2017.
Made his Premier League debut in August against Southampton.
Scored his first competitive goal for Swansea in the League Cup against MK Dons, getting his first Premier League goal in his next match against Crystal Palace.
Called up to England’s Under-21 squad for the 2017 Under-21 World Cup.
Called up to the senior England squad for the first time in November 2017, making his debut against Germany in the same month.
