Liam Henderson (born 25 April 1996) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Bari.
Started his career with Celtic in 2008.
Included in the first team squad for their pre-season trip to Germany in the summer of 2013, playing in the game against Ukrainian side Sevastopol.
Made his first team debut in December 2013 as a substitute against Motherwell at 17 years old.
Made his first start against Kilmarnock in March 2014.
Scored his first goal for Celtic a few weeks later against Partick Thistle which clinched the league title.
Won March 2014 SPFL Young Player of the Month award.
Won the 2015 League Cup, coming on as a substitute against Dundee United.
Signed a three-year contract with Celtic in August 2015.
Joined Rosenborg on a short-term loan March 2015.
Made his debut in April 2015 as a substitute against Haugesund before making his first starting in a Norwegian Cup match against Vuku, scoring after 8 minutes.
Returned to Celtic winning the Norwegian League and Cup double.
Joined Hibernian on a season long loan in August 2015.
Made his debut the following day as a substitute against Morton at Easter Road.
Scored for his first goal for Hibs the following month against Alloa Athletic.
Played in the League Cup Final as Hibs lost to Ross County.
Came off the bench to win the 2016 Scottish Cup Final against Rangers, setting up two goals in a 3-2 win.
Return to Celtic
Returned to Celtic but failed to break in to the first team squad on a regular basis.
Joined Italian club Bari on trial.
Joined Bari in January 2018 after a successful trial.
Has represented Scotland from Under-16 to Under-21 level.
Son of Nicky Henderson.
Older brother of Ewan Henderson.
