Alphonso Davies (born 2 November 2000) is a Canadian footballer who plays as a forward for Vancouver Whitecaps.
Spent time with Edmonton Internationals and Edmonton Strikers before joining Vancouver Whitecaps.

Made his professional debut at the age of 15 years, 5 months in April 2016

Promoted to Vancouver Whitecaps rosterfirst team for the 2016 Canadian Championship on a short term contract.
Made his first team debut in June 2016 against Ottawa Fury in the Canadian Championship
Signed a first team contract with the Whitecaps in July 2016, keeping him with them until 2018 with options for the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
Made his MLS debut a few days later, becoming the second youngest player to play in MLS, behind Freddy Adu.
Scored his first goal for the first team in the 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League against Sporting Kansas City.
Became the second youngest starter in MLS history when he started a game against the Colorado Rapids.
Passed his Canadian citizenship test and was called up to the Canada national team the same day.
Made his senior debut in a friendly against Curaçao at 16-years old, becoming the youngest player ever to appear for Canada men’s national team.
Named to the final 23-man squad for the 2017 Gold Cup.
Became the youngest goalscorer in Gold Cup history when he scored against French Guiana in Canada’s first game.
Won the Golden Boot as the tournament’s top scorer, the Young Player of the Tournament award, and was included in the tournament’s Best XI selection.
