Aleix Garcia

Aleix Garcia (born 28 June 1997) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a defensive midifelder for Manchester City.


Joined Villarreal’s youth team in 2005, aged eight from CF Ulldecona.


García was promoted to the C-team in the 2014 summer, also appearing with the B-side in the same campaign.

Made his first team and La Liga debut in May 2015, replacing Antonio Rukavina in a 0–4 La Liga loss at Athletic Bilbao.

Manchester City

Joined Manchester City for £2 million in August 2016.

Made his first team debut against Chelsea in the fifth round of the FA Cup in February 2016.

Girona (loan)

Joined Girona on a season-long loan in August 2017.
