Ben Woodburn

Ben Woodburn (born 16 November 1999) is an Welsh professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liverpool.

Youth Career

Joined Liverpool aged 8 in 2007. Fast-tracked from the under-16s squad to the under-18s when he was 15. Signed a long term deal in November 2016.

Liverpool

In his first two games for Liverpool against Wigan and Fleetwood (pre-season friendlies), he scored a goal in each match with Liverpool beating Fleetwood 5-0 and Wigan 2-0. Become the third youngest player to represent Liverpool when he made his debut against Sunderland in November 2016. Came on as sub and scored against Leeds United in 2016, Becomes Liverpool's youngest ever scorer infront of the Kop.

International

Eligible to represent Wales or England Called up to the full Wales squad in March 2017.
