Elliot Kebbie

Elliot Kebbie (born 11 September 1994) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a right back for Billericay Town. A highly rated right-wing back with fantastic pace and technique.

Youth Career

Born in Halifax with fantastic pace and technique, Kebbie spent 8 years with the Leeds United youth academy, Kebbie moved to Spain in June 2011. Had a two month trial with Barcelona. Signed for Atlético Madrid in January 2012 with Leeds being awarded a reported £500,000 in compensation. But his time at the Vicente Calderon Stadium was cruelly cut short when he contracted Epstien-barr virus, which caused a post viral-fatigue syndrome. He suffered with for nine months and saw a decline in his fitness and he was released.

Hull City

He returned to England in January 2014, signing a short-term contract with Hull City until the end of the 2013–14 season but was released without making an appearance. After Hull, Kebbie trained with Manchester United and Halifax Town, had trials with Doncaster Rovers & Burton Albion. Kebbie later said that it took him almost 3 years to completely recover from the virus.

Salford City

Finally 100% fit in 2015, Kebbie joined Salford City owned by Man Utd’s class of 96.


Joined Barnsley on a six month contract in July 2015. Had a two game trial with Birmingham.


Went on tail at Sandefjord in January 2017 and secured a permanent deal. Made his debut for Sandefjord in April 2017 against Rosenborg.


Joined Billericay in August 2017 on a free transfer.


Represented England at Under-16 level.
