Chris Willock

Chris Willock (born 31 January 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Benfica.

Youth Career

Joined Arsenal when he was 5 years old. Turned down Man Utd after training with Arsenal’s first team. Chris made his youth team debut while still an Under-15 in 2012. Awarded ‘Player Of The Tournament’ at the 2013 Nike Cup. Won the Under-21 Premier League 2016 Play off final.

Arsenal

Made his first team debut in September 2016 against Nottingham Forest. Linked with a loan move to Celtic for 2017-18.

Benfica

Move to Benfica in June 2017 after turning down a new contract with Arsenal.

Personal

Oldest brother Matthew plays for Manchester United. Younger brother Joe plays for Arsenal.

International

Has represented England at Under-16, and Under-17s level.
