Chelsea’s Charly Musonda In Trouble Following Social Media Post

Chelsea management are set to fine Charly Musonda after his outspoken social media post yesterday.

Musonda used social media site Instagram to display his frustrations at a lack of first team action as he was told his game time would be limited.

The 20-year-old has made two appearances for Chelsea this season, starting one and scoring in last month’s Carabao Cup win over Nottingham Forest.

The Sun says Musonda, was spoken to by officials at Chelsea’s training ground on Tuesday afternoon and claimed the post had been misinterpreted and then deleted it.

The paper also suggest that has been told to focus more on his football to try to force his way into the first team and not to do anything like that again.

First team boss Antonio Conte and Chelsea technical director Michael Emanalo were also informed of their player’s  actions.

Football really started becoming a huge part of my life when I was 14, but with the Internet not being as prominent at the time, I had a hard time finding pertinent information. And this is exactly how Football-Wonderkids came about. As the website’s Founder, I’m on a mission to curate information on current youth players across the globe and make it readily available all in one place.
